What Does Cornell's Chapter Do?

Our Cornell chapter aims to educate and raise awareness about the MEDLIFE movement and the many issues surrounding global health in our world today. To accomplish this, we host fundraisers to donate to the MEDLIFE movement at large and also host community service events right here at Cornell and in Ithaca. Click here to meet the MEDLIFE E-board!

Additionally, we send students over winter, spring and summer breaks on MEDLIFE brigade trips to volunteer directly in the mobile clinics, mainly in Peru and Ecuador. Students return from these trips with changed perspectives on healthcare and global health issues, valuable shadowing and volunteer experiences in the mobile clinics, and are impacted forever!

MEDLIFE Cornell is for anyone, not just those interested in pursuing a career in the medical or health related field! Anyone wanting to get involved in more local community service activities would get a lot out of MEDLIFE!
